I can't believe the top quality customer service I received from Ms. Dawn while she coordinated our destination employee appreciation event.  We had several fun activities, meals and meetings and everything was on point!  Even though I was the main contact person for the entire event, I was still able to relax. We will definitely use her again for our next one.
