Welcome to Rendezvous by Dawn. For every great production or adventure, there is always something going on behind the scenes to make sure you are enjoying yourself to the fullest. The terms and conditions below are required for Rendezvous by Dawn to provide you with the bespoke travel and events you deserve.

By accessing our services or website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Financial Terms & Processing Fees

To maintain the highest level of service and secure payment processing, a non-refundable processing fee will be added to all transactions. This fee covers administrative costs and secure credit card processing and will be clearly itemized at the point of checkout or on your digital invoice.

2. Credit Card Authorization & Card on File (CoF)

To provide seamless service and ensure the timely booking of travel arrangements and/or the consistent delivery of home care services, Rendezvous by Dawn utilizes a "Card on File" system.

  • Mandatory Authorization: All clients are required to sign a Credit Card Authorization Form prior to the commencement of services. This form grants Rendezvous by Dawn permission to charge the designated credit or debit card for agreed-upon fees, deposits, or recurring service costs. No transactions will take place without first notifying the customer.

  • Travel Bookings: For travel clients, keeping a card on file allows Rendezvous by Dawn to secure time-sensitive reservations (such as airfare or limited-time hotel rates) on the client's behalf immediately upon verbal or written approval.

  • Security & Compliance: All payment information is stored using PCI-DSS compliant encryption through our secure payment gateway. Rendezvous by Dawn does not store full card numbers on local servers or paper files.

  • Updating Information: The client is responsible for notifying the company if the card on file expires or if there are changes to the billing address.

3. Communication & SMS Policy

By opting into SMS from the website of Rendezvous by Dawn or other medium, you expressly agree to receive SMS messages from Rendezvous by Dawn. This includes SMS messages for informational and marketing topics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates apply. See Privacy Policy at https://www.rendezvousbydawn.com/privacypolicy. Message HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

  • SMS Opt-In: By checking the box at the end of the registration form, you authorize Rendezvous by Dawn to send text messages (including automated marketing messages) to the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your travel/event status and membership level.

  • Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our shortcode or long-code number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

4. VIP Membership Group

Our VIP Membership is a premium service for frequent travelers and event hosts.

  • Mandatory Communication: VIP status requires real-time coordination for luxury bookings. All VIP customers must maintain open text communication with the company. Opting out of SMS while an active VIP member may result in the suspension of VIP benefits, as we cannot guarantee expedited service without instant communication.

  • Exclusive Offers: By joining the VIP group, you agree to receive "first-look" notifications via email and SMS for limited-time travel deals and event windows.

5. Carrier Compliance & Data Privacy

Rendezvous by Dawn values your privacy.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

  • Originator Opt-In Data: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Security: We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data across our website, www.rendezvousbydawn.com.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information. If you change your mobile number, you agree to notify Rendezvous by Dawn to ensure your travel documents and event updates are delivered to the correct person.
